New Return Process Onboarding
Custom-manufacturing digital marketplace
To support the rollout of Xometry’s first-ever return flow, I created two Appcues walkthroughs that introduced users to the new Report an Issue button. Each was tailored to where users entered the flow and designed to appear only once, no matter how they navigated. The result: fewer support requests, faster onboarding, and a reusable logic model for future product education.
